Aiken is a charming, sophisticated southern town with friendly people and lots of great places to see and things to do. Make sure you check out the Hitchcock Woods the next time you are in town.

It would have been nice if you had featured more shops instead of just the alley ….there’s plenty more in downtown Aiken besides the alley.

If I were a generous soul, I’d share this article; but I’d rather keep Aiken as well as the whole state of South Carolina just like it is, relatively tourist-free.
